Highlights Python3 Compatibility Statement Python3 compatibility was one of primal focuses during 19.4 release cycle. We made lots of code reviews and cleanups to improve py3 compatibility. NOC 19.4 is able to perform test suite both on Python 2.7 and Python 3.6 and most of functions work on py3, though some glitches still remain.
